How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order can either be collected from Just Laalaa, or we will ship your order out to you via our selected courier. Please note all orders are subject to a 4 week processing time, we will endeavour to get your order completed and to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Is there a MOQ?

Yes, we accept orders above $300 only.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer standard flat rate shipping to Australia $30 & New Zealand $60. However, free shipping applies to all orders over $1000.
